DAILY WORKOUTS - Options vary based on the equipment found in every workout: Program A (bodyweight/dumbbell), Program B (barbell), Program C (access to more - such as sandbag, bike, rower) and SHIFT - the simplified version and a awesome put to start for those fresh to this style of training, those returning from illness/injury, for pregnant/postpartum mamas, seniors, and even kids.
40 + EXTRA PROGRAMS - Available if you wish to focus on developing a specific skill, type of training, or simply for extra dozens on a weekly basis. MOVEMENT RESOURCES - Over 200 videos in the Movement Library and Technique Library with in-depth instruction on how to move as effectively and efficiently as possible, and stay injury-free. Use these resources if you are fresh to this style of movement or anytime you need a refresher. You can search, sort by equipment type and visually learn the cues to hold moving well.
NUTRITION RESOURCES - Access to tools for creating and sustaining easy yet effective habits around your nutrition.
